Tasting Note

Deep purple-red. Aromas of ripe blackberries and mulberries are threaded with nuances of earth, violets and cloves. The palate is a compote of sweet, dark berries, contained by the fine structural elements and a slatey minerality. This terroir-focused wine displays balance and poise on release, but will reward careful cellaring.

This single block, full-bodied, estate Shiraz from the excellent 2016 vintage is our welcome gift to our loyal Shingleback Ambassadors and available for them to purchase in extremely limited quantities.
