The Bio Project Monastrell Dry Rose 2021

Tasting Note

Soft blush pink. Strawberry, talc and orange oil aromas lift from the glass. Bright cranberry and red apple skin flavours are focused into the long finish by fresh natural acidity and a touch of fine tannin.

Hand-harvested. A dollop of pinot noir (7%). A subdued coral with onion skin rims. Bright and easy-going. While I’d like more texture and chew to this, it will please many. Light-weighted and spritely. Musk stick, red cherry and garden herb.
