king prawns, blistered cherry tomatoes & dill

scallops in Fiano reduction, grape fennel salad

barramundi or kingfish in lime, coconut & chardonnay crust and olive confit vegetables

or King George Whiting filet, saffron & Semillon beurre blanc, basil celestine

dark chocolate mousse & chocolate ganache, fortified berries and Shiraz parfait
