TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

By joining The Pick Wine Club, you are making a financial commitment to receive two or four deliveries of wine annually, based on which membership type you commit to.

There is no fee to join. The Pick Wine Club membership is for a rolling 12-month period from sign up, with your Pick order calculated based on your selection.

 

Your nominated credit card will be charged at the time of sign up, unless specified otherwise, and then on this day for each shipping month. For example, if you sign up on 10 October and request a quarterly shipment, your credit card will be charged again in three months on 10 January and so forth. We will send out a reminder email prior to each dispatch of your wine. You can make changes to your wine selection before the advised processing date. 

 

Your wine will be delivered via Australia Post and must be signed for by a person 18 years or older. Delivery is generally made within 7-10 business days. Unless specified beforehand, wine will not be left unattended by Australia Post. A calling card will be left, and you will need to collect your shipment from your local post office. Shingleback and Australia Post take no responsibility for wine left unattended.
